There was a small plane crash in Steamboat Springs, Colorado on June 17, 2024. The plane, a twin-engine Cessna 421, crashed into a mobile home park near the Steamboat Springs Airport. The plane was en route from Longmont, Colorado to Ogden, Utah when it experienced engine trouble. Two people were killed in the crash.
