Lawsuit Filed against SEACOR Marine following Offshore Vessel Collision

by | Nov 14, 2014 | Firm News

Spagnoletti & Co. Law Firm recently filed suit on behalf of two maritime workers who were injured while on the vessel Conquest.  The workers were injured when the ship collided with another vessel while returning from offshore in the Gulf of Mexico.  Now, the two workers require substantial medical treatment through no fault of their own.  The lawsuit brings claims against SEACOR Marine LLC and SEACOR Offshore, LLC arising out of the incident.  The lawsuit alleges that the companies were negligent in:

(a) failing to take reasonable precautions for the safety of Plaintiffs;
(b) failing to provide Plaintiffs with safe transportation; and
(c) failing to properly and sufficiently man the vessel.
