Cape Air Flight 2072 Crashes at Provincetown Municipal Airport

There was a plane crash at the Provincetown Municipal Airport in Massachusetts on September 9, 2021.  The plane, a twin-engine Cessna 402C, crashed off the runway while landing at the airport.  There were six passengers and one pilot on board.  Flight 2072 was en route from Logan International Airport in Boston to Provincetown.  All seven people on board were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.  Early reports indicate that weather conditions may have played a role in the crash.

There was a small plane crash in Boerne, Texas on August 28, 2021.  There was a small plane crash in Ontario, California on August 25, 2021.  A Piper J3C-65 crashed in Bates County, Missouri on August 22, 2021.
