Beech K35 Plane Crashes at Salem Municipal Airport – Two Killed

There was a small plane crash in Salem, Oregon on January 29, 2022.   The plane, a single-engine Beech K35 Bonanza, crashed while attempting to land at the Salem Municipal Airport on Saturday.  Two people were on board the plane at the time, and were pronounced dead at the scene.  The accident remains under investigation.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to those impacted by this aviation accident.

There have been a number of recent plane crashes in 2021.  A Cessna 172G plane crashed in Liberty, Ohio on January 8, 2022 following a loss of power.  A Beechcraft Baron crashed in St. Charles County, Missouri on January 8, 2022.  A Piper PA22 Tri-Pacer crashed near Lamesa, Texas on January 14, 2022.  There was a small plane crash in Wake County, North Carolina on January 18, 2022.  A Cessna 421 plane crashed while landing at the Addison Municipal Airport on January 29, 2022
