There was a deadly recreational boating accident in North Stonington, Connecticut on April 15, 2022. A vessel with two adults and two children capsized on Wyassup Lake. The four passengers were thrown into a water as a result. They were rescued and transported to Westerly Hospital for treatment. One of the children was pronounced dead at the hospital.
