There was a helicopter crash in Butler County, Ohio on July 26, 2022. According to reports, the medical helicopter crashed while attempting to land at the scene of a fatal vehicle accident. The helicopter is believed to have struck power lines at the scene. One of the crew members was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment. Two other crew members were treated at the scene of the crash.
