There was a small plane crash in Arundel, Maine on October 5, 2022. According to reports, a single-engine Beechcraft A36 crashed into a wooded area. The plane was en route from Presque Isle to Biddeford Airport. The plane was owned by CPM Construction. There were two people on board at time, both were killed in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
