Deadly Crash Involving Charter Bus in College Station, Texas

There was a deadly crash between an SUV and a charter bus in College Station, Texas on November 20, 2022.  According to reports, the crash occurred in the northbound lanes of Highway 6 shortly after midnight.  An SUV traveling on the southbound feeder road crossed onto the highway and then across the median into the northbound lanes of travel, before colliding with the charter bus.  After impact a fire broke out on both vehicles involved in the crash.  The driver of the SUV was killed, and his passenger was taken to a hospital with injuries.  The driver of the charter bus was rescued from the burning vehicle.  The bus driver was flown to a Houston hospital via helicopter.  He has been identified as Calvin Hill.  Additional details have not yet been released.
