Trench Collapse at Construction Site in St. Paul, Minnesota – Two Killed

There was a deadly accident at a construction site in St. Paul, Minnesota on June 17, 2022.  According to reports, two workers were in a trench at the intersection of Pinehurst Avenue and Mount Curve Boulevard when the walls collapsed around them.  Rescue efforts were made, but the workers were unable to be saved.  Their bodies were recovered hours later.  Their identities have not yet been released.  The incident remains under investigation.
