There was a plane crash on Kauai in Hawaii on December 15, 2022. The plane, a single-engine Beechcraft BE77, crashed shortly after takeoff from Lihue Airport. There were two people on board at the time, who were taken to Wilcox Medical Center for medical care. The crash remains under investigation.
