A fire broke out on the tanker vessel TIGER SEA on April 17, 2023. At the time, the ship was in Riau Archipelago, Indonesia. The tanker departed from Johor, Malaysia. Reports indicate at least one person was killed in the explosion, and at least five other crew members were lost as a result. Additional details have not yet been released.
