Contractor Killed at Valero Port Arthur, Texas Refinery

A contractor was killed in an accident at the Valero Refinery in Port Arthur, Texas on February 18, 2022.  The contractor was involved with the construction of the Diamond Green Diesel 3 plant.  Reports have identified the victim as Harvey Fabriguze.  The cause of this incident remains under investigation.
